I was born in Sacramento, California and was fortunate to move to Idaho when I was 9 months old. I’ve lived many places in Idaho including Boise, McCall, Hagerman, Pocatello, Coeur d’Alene, and Moscow.  After graduating from the University of Idaho (Go Vandals!), I moved to Portland, Oregon then north to Seattle and Mount Vernon, Washington. I finally made Boise my permanent home in 1998.

I became a Realtor in June of 2004 and love sharing my knowledge of the area and my field with first time homebuyers, empty nesters, move-up buyers and down-sizing sellers, and executors of probate properties. I also counsel sellers and buyers on the ins and outs of short sale transactions.  I hold several advanced designations including: Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Seller Representation Specialist (SRS), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES).

When I am not helping buyers and sellers, you can find me either on the golf course or pickleball court.  (If you want to try pickleball or know about places to play, give me a holler!) On rainy days, I have found painting rock mandalas to be relaxing.

No client is the same and neither is any transaction. I love to really listen to your needs to ensure that the time you spend with me buying or selling a home is one that is memorable and enjoyable. It is my job to protect your interests and to always think of potential pitfalls and keep them from occurring to ensure the best possible outcomes.

My attention to details and commitment to keeping a smile on your face during the transaction is behind my slogan, “Peace of Mind, Service and Sunshine.”  I look forward to meeting you soon!
